Established in year 2002, Preksha Foundation is a child organisation of Jain Vishva Bharati aimed at spreading Preksha meditation technique throughout India. The Preksha foundation board comprises of experienced preksha meditation practitioners from across India and comprises of Co-ordinator, Co-Cordinator and Trainers and Board members along with our office team at Ladnun. At Preksha foundation we aim to spread wisdom of this meditation practice by conducting wide range of events that include both Online and In-Person sessions.
Our Annual Training schedules includes various Camps, Workshops, Sadhana Shivir and are designed to culture and maximise the benefits of this practice. In order to ensure best reach, we also keep conducting various Trainer Courses as per desired levels and we are extremely blessed to have hundreds and growing count of such trainers.
With spiritual guidance and execution planning from Munishree Kirtikumarji for Jain Vishva Bharati along with spiritual giudance of Munishree Kumarshramanji for Preksha Foundation, we are poised to scale our activities manifold and take Preksha Meditation practise to broadest section of society.
