PREKSHA MEDITATION

A Path of Self-Realisation
and Eternal Bliss

The basic premise of
preksha meditation is to:

"SEE THE SELF,
THROUGH THE SELF"

That is to perceive and ultimately realize
the "oneness" of
the perciever & the percieved

UNDERSTANDING PREKSHA MEDITATION

The word "Preksha" literally refers to the act of perception. With practice over time, as one succeeds in freeing oneself of attachments and aversions, the distortions in the way of perception starts clearing up and ultimately this "pure perception" leads one to the realization of "The Truth".

A path of self-realization and eternal bliss, Preksha Meditation is a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern science & knowledge.
